Cross Country (Coed)
Intramural Ball Hockey (Girls)

To participate on an East Lake Middle School sports team, students must have all the following completed BEFORE trying out:

Fill out the participation form
Fill out the school insurance form
Obtain a school physical by medical provider with documentation from the provider
Have and maintain a 2.0 GPA

Also note: If you make the team (excluding Ball Hockey), there is an athletic fee than can be paid through Focus: Athletic Fee Instructions
